House WashingSoft-Wash House Washing That Brings Siding Back to Life
Green algae, gray road film, and spider-webbed eaves — gone in a day, with zero risk to your siding, trim, or paint.
What house washing includes
Our house wash treats every square foot of your home’s exterior — siding, soffits, fascia, shutters, trim, and foundation walls. We start by pre-treating organic growth with a biodegradable soft-wash solution, let it dwell so it kills algae and mildew at the root, then rinse everything at garden-hose pressure. Windows get a final spot-free rinse, and we walk the full perimeter with you before we pack up.
It’s safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, fiber cement, and painted wood — the surfaces Charlotte homes are actually built from. If your siding is shaded by oaks or faces north, this is the service that erases that familiar green tint in one visit.

- Landscaping shielded & rinsed
Beds pre-wet, delicate plants covered, everything rinsed after.
How the visit goes
Most house washes take two to four hours. You don’t need to be home — we just need an outdoor spigot and clear access around the house. Move patio furniture a few feet out if you can; we’ll handle the rest, including a photo report texted to you when we’re done.
House washing questions
Yes — green algae is the number-one thing we treat in Charlotte. The soft-wash solution kills it at the root rather than just blasting the surface, so shaded walls come clean and stay clean far longer than a pressure-only rinse.
Safer than a pressure washer by design. We clean at roughly garden-hose pressure, so there’s no risk of forcing water behind panels, chipping paint, or denting aluminum. Tell us about older siding in your quote request and we’ll adjust the mix.
Typically 18–24 months, and up to three years on sunny exposures. Because we neutralize spores instead of just rinsing them, regrowth is dramatically slower than with plain pressure washing.
